I still don't understand why people think that college is some massive and exciting change. I do agree, of course, that it is quite different from high school. And I can admit it is a rather large change even for myself (since I'm living right next to my old high school). But I don't get why people are so excited about it.
For example, I moved out this summer and started school right away. College definately brings more studying and reading but it's still manageable. But what I guess I'm trying to get at is that it's not as enjoyable as everyone makes it sound. Or at least my personal experience is proving so. All that COLLEGE LIFE brought me is some more freedom, more homework, more work, less money and less friends. But I might just be overexaggerating.
It gets better, I promise!! Although yes, you will always have more homework, more work, and less money. That's real life unfortunately. But more freedom is awesome and you will make many more friends who will make college life ten billion times more awesome.
